| Air conveying systems diminish the demands on company property and personnel created by the generation of large amounts of recyclable materials. Designed to address the specific space and volume parameters of each site, air conveying systems automatically pick up scrap from a generation point and transport it to an end point away from the manufacturing area. These systems utilize a fan driven stream of air that picks up paper from a generation point and carries it to an end point. Once the paper is forced to the end point by the air stream, the air and paper separate, resulting in the paper falling into a baler or compactor below and the air rising. The paper is then loaded in 20-ton lots into waiting vans or taken away in 6 ton lots in compactors.
For those companies generating large volumes of scrap paper, Rincon Recycling offers custom designed air conveying systems configured to fit the specific needs of your company.
